Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy and cytodiagnosis of this tumor is not routinely encountered by a cytopathologist. Here. we report a case of ACC initially diagnosed by computed tomography (CT)-guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) with the help of immunocytochemistry.
